These are amazing boots for backcountry/resort riding. If you love a stiff boot for doing steep bootpacking, uphills, or riding chutes and other sketchy things these are for you. My favorite boots! If they made them still and I could easily find a size 8.5 I’d get the same boots over and over, but alas the new ones are sold out, and apparently aren’t as good as these 2019 ones. These are not perfect cosmetic wise, the toe on one side has started chipping but it’s never given me a problem when being in my bindings (or moving around or coming loose). These are a women’s size 8. The soles are great for walking around in. I’ve never slipped when walking around sketchy resort parking lots. These were over $600 new. Great for anyone wanting to get into backcountry. The heel can be loosened for uphilling so you have more flex. I may still have the inserts for giving these even more stiffness on the edges of the foot and heels (not sure though), you may be able to order just those from their s
