The VIPER HD 3000 also features 3 ranging modes, Line of Sight, Horizontal Component Distance (angle compensation), and a scan feature that will constantly display ranges while scanning. This rangefinder also has 4 target modes, Normal, First (great for close objects), Last (for objects behind cover), and ELR (for long-range).
