This is from my grandfather's coin collection that I inherited from my father when he passed with instructions to tell them so my two boys and myself can be comfortable. I don't know what is inside the roll. It's been wrapped in what appears to be some type of clear tape and that's the way it's been since I've received it. For some reason he has "SPECIAL" written on the outside of the roll.
