this is a decent condition house - some imperfections with stickers & is missing the swing that goes with the house - all other pieces intact - one small crack on the railing of the pull out deck, otherwise no cracks - just needs a good cleaning!
it also comes with furniture & the family of people from the Little Tikes Grand Mansion :) all of which are in decent condition - some fading of color
all imperfections are pictured, but this set is in GOOD condition, not PERFECT condition!
