First edition, first printing trade paperback copy of Tom Clancy’s The Division: New York Collapse An Interactive Adventure by Alexander Irvine (Ubisoft, 2016). Includes all seven artifacts, however the transit card was lost and recreated from an image found online. I looked up spoilers and the dimension is important, so I made sure to make it exactly the same size as the original. Otherwise, all other ephemera are included and of original manufacture. An incredibly rare rpg book based on the book and video gave franchise.
Mild rubbing/scuffing to covers, especially to banner wrap and around edges of covers. Slightly slanted spine though binding remains strong. All pages are clean and unmarked. See photos for condition. Packaged with care and shipped via USPS Media Mail
