This a Ralph Lauren Purple Label, made in USA shirt/dress. It’s not perfect, but it’s good. There is a hook missing for the hook and eye closure. I believe it originally had a belt, but that is missing. What is there is in good condition. Fixing the hook/eye should be easy. I bet it would look great with a once over from a professional dry cleaner. Note that other items like this are selling for well over $500.
