This set is new and has not been used. However, 3 of the items arrived a little scuffed up. These items and the defects have been pictured. The damage is on a handle off the mid sized pot, the edge of the large lid and the edge and side of the large sauté pan. For these reasons I have discounted this set as compared to others I have listed in the same color.
