This is just an inexpensive pea coat I picked up a few years ago. It's nothing fancy, just thick polyester and a bunch of pockets, but it'll keep the cold out when you have to wear a suit.
I've only worn it a few times, but it looks sharp and has a double closure at the front (zipper with a button-up flap) that blocks the wind really well.
The tag says "S" but it's an oversized fit, so it wears more like a Medium.
