It is a collectible, hand-painted resin model based on real "Mail Pouch Tobacco" advertising barns in the United States. The original barns were common sights along highways in the first half of the 20th century, with the signs becoming a unique part of American history.
Lilliput Lane models are handmade from Amorphite™, a resin-like compound of finely ground gypsum in Cumbria, United Kingdom (UK). The piece is now retired. The entire series concluded in 2000.
Lilliput Lane cottages are highly collectible, known for their intricate details and hand-painted finish.
