The sleeve has one crease in the lower right quadrant, Otherwise Near Mint! The record is super clean, glossy, no scratches no skips, clean labels! Play Graded, Excellent! I would even say Near Mint, my highest grading for opened records! I don't call any records Mint unless Sealed!
