This item came from an estate auction. I am told this is an antique carved wood print of the Hun invasion of China. This art depicts angry soldiers on horses and begging peasants near a sacred tree. It's quite an alarming piece that captures a very sad moment in human history. It is stamped on some kind of fabric. It is matted and framed. It looks better in person!
I would have to take it apart to see if there are any signatures. I am only hesitant to do that because the back is covered in paper. I don't know if the frame will still be intact if I remove it. If you would like to save on shipping, I can remove it from the frame.
