1973 Fisher-Price Little People #997 Play Family Village w/Original Box, Vintage

This set includes both large village building pieces with the Fire House, Post Office, Theater, Barber Shop, Police Station, Service Garage, and Gas Pump. Early versions like this are highly collectible and often used to complete or restore other Little People playsets.

• Plastic shows scratches, discoloration, and marks
• Some areas show sticker wear, peeling, and fading
• Interior floors show wear and old sticker residue
• Hand-drawn marker in a couple areas (inside walls shown in photos)
• The box is worn, torn in some areas, and taped – but still presentable for storage or display
• No Little People figures or small accessories included – buildings only

Despite cosmetic wear, the structure is solid and overall display still looks great.
