Swan Brooch Art Nouveau
Silver tone signed Lancaster
This is a beautiful and romantic
vintage art nouveau brooch
that looks like it is sterling but I
believe that it is actually a
silver tone metal, possibly
pewter. This piece is hand
made and is hand signed
Lancaster by the artist
inscribed in script on the back.
The gorgeous open work
design is Art Nouveau in style
and depicts two graceful
swans swimming amongst
flowers and reeds Swan Brooch
open work. Also an Art Deco coffin shape compact with Art Deco designs. Silvertone I think (no metals were tested) There is a mirror inside has a push open latch (works good). The Compact is in fair-good vintage condition. The only issue at all is mirror moves a little inside but looks fine can’t tell and you can’t see the mirror edges even if it moves. Then are slight signs of ware/age. The brooch is in good vintage condition slight signs of ware/age. Please review all pictures for details condition and size any questions please ask thank u
